plum tart! )
oksy so in FT there was an article that had a recipe for plum tart! OMG have this 4 dessert it sounds really yummy!
so, here r the ingredients:
1 tsp of dry yeast
pinch of sugar
60ml warm water
150g of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
grated lemon zest :)
1 LARGE egg!
80g of unsalted butter
500g of PLUMS!
3 tbs brown caster sugar...
after u get all of that, u dissolve the yeast in warm water. then u let it set. after, combine the flour salt and the lemon zest in a bowl.. put that on the side so that there is room in the middle to put the broken egg in there. after u add softened butter, and then pour in the yeast. it shld be kinda foamy. and maybe a bubble or 2...miz it all up with a wooden spoon, so itll get all nice and soft and will be kinda like dough... then u put flour on it and bundle the dough into a ball(OMG thatll be my fav part!).then u set it in a new bowl and put either cling wrap foil, or even like a paper towel on top of it to cover it. let the dough rise untill its twice as thick. id say, 45-60 min?
after u use a 9 in tart ring with a bottom that comes off. flatten the dough, put it in the center of a pan,and then strech it out to the edge of the pan. after cut the plums in half. then cut out the seed and spinkle in about 2 tbs of sugar.. only a lil thats all it needs! bake it at 180C and ur ready 2 go!
peace and comment!

Hi!
Okay, there's been some questions to what exactly is Basil and Oregano. Let me explain.
1. Recipes.
2. Current happenings in the culinary world.
3. Opinions about chefs and certain dishes.
4. Tips for certain techniques.
5. Lists.
Pasta. It's versatile. It can be diversified. Here's a simple 10-step outline you can elaborate on for any pasta.
1. Heat up the pasta in water with a stainless steel plate over it so it heats faster. You will know the water has boiled when wisps of steam come out of the sides.
2.Chop up veggies of your choice.
Recommended- bell peppers, zucchini both cook really well in pasta but sometimes zucchini is bitter
3. Cook veggies in just a dash of oil
4. add spices, salt, and a bouillon flavour cube to the pasta water.
5. Once water boils, add pasta. for 4 people, around 2 mugs of pasta. as in, hot chocolate mugs.
6. Cook pasta from instructions on the box.
7. If your veggies are done, turn off the stove.
8. Once pasta is done, drain it, and mix it with the veggies.
9. Add pesto and salt, if needed.
10. Enjoy!
Love,
Alice
